Raised by U.S. family ranchers who pass along their passion for sheep caretaking generation after generation. Our sheep breathe fresh, clean air, drink spring water and exercise in nature. They graze on a natural, indigenous diet of wild grasses, herbs and flowers, topped off with wholesome, vitamin­-packed grains.

A Lean, Clean Protein

Our lamb is real food, not overly processed or mass­ produced, and forty percent of the fat in the lean cuts is monounsaturated, the same kind of fat found in olive oil. A 3­ ounce cooked serving, on average, provides almost half of the daily recommended amount of protein, and nearly five times the amount of essential omega 3 fatty acids as the same portion of beef.

Double J Lamb maintains a high level of food safety and is in the process of acquiring SQF certification. Added layers of annual audits from reputable third-parties, conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Animal Handling and Welfare audits, provide extra quality assurance.
