Sustainability means taking responsibility for the future good of all Double J Lamb is raised by multi-generational, family ranchers in Texas and throughout the midwest and western states. Every rancher is committed to animal care and wellness, and land stewardship. It is not uncommon to find real herders shepherding flocks hundreds of miles through remote, rugged terrain.

Our Processing Plant

Double J Lamb acquired the Ranchers Lamb plant in San Angelo Texas to ensure quality control from pasture to plate and support the growth and reach of American lamb offerings at retail and in food service. This will help keep the U.S. lamb industry viable, ensuring that, as demand continues to rise, consumers can enjoy the highest integrity lamb and grown right here in America.
