American Lamb Lollipops

Ingredients:

4 American Lamb Lollipops
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

Directions:

Preheat the grill to 450°F. Place the Lollipops onto the rack, pat dry, and allow to sit at
room temperature for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine olive oil, Lemon Pepper and
Lawry’s in a small bowl, and stir to combine.

Rub the spice mixture onto the lamb, covering both sides of meat. Place the lamb on the
grill and cook to an internal temperature of 125 or 130 for medium rare.
